Payments and balances

A minimum deposit of at least 50% must be paid on all orders.

All balances must be paid in full before delivery.

Payment can be made by the following methods; cash, debit or credit* card, BACS.

*American Express is accepted.

Order and lead times

The company relies on lead times from our manufacturers and these are subject to change depending on trading conditions. The lead time quoted for delivery of goods is given as accurately as possible but it cannot be guaranteed and is only an approximation. Once an order has been placed with the manufacturer it cannot be cancelled or altered. Should you cancel an order after this time then the company reserves the right to charge 25% of the sales order.

Refunds and returns

Refunds can only be authorised by a company director.

We cannot refund or exchange any special or custom order once it has been placed on order with the manufacturer.

Product information and warranties

The surface fillings on mattresses may flatten. This is perfectly normal and is called dipping or body shaping and is not a fault with the mattress.

Fabric swatches are a guide only and whilst manufacturers try to adhere to the swatch continuity we cannot guarantee that the delivered product is exactly the same as displayed in the swatch.

Please refer to the manufacturers handbook supplied for product guarantees.

Items with natural wood finishes may differ in grain or colour on each individual piece.

Delivery

The company provides a delivery and installation service at a subsidised rate. Deliveries cannot be scheduled for a specific time of day. We can only offer either “AM” or “PM” delivery slots (AM 09:00-13:00 or PM 13:00-17:00) between our normal opening hours. At present, we do not offer weekend deliveries.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the route to the final delivery destination is completely clear of obstacles. We recommend that pictures, mirrors and ornaments are removed from walls for safe keeping as we cannot take responsibility for damage caused while carrying out deliveries.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the product will fit in the room of choice and that the item(s) will fit through doorways, corridors and any other spaces that will need to be navigated through.

Statutory rights

The statutory rights of customers are not affected by these conditions of sale.
